This section is about www.jollypack.it and the methods we use to process any personal data of users browsing the website.
This statement is also referred to in art. 13 of Leg. Decree 196/03 (hereinafter: Privacy Code) on the online services provided to the users of our website.
This statement does not apply to other websites that may be accessible via links on our page; therefore Jolly Pack Srl declines any liability for such content.
This statement is based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 on personal data protection purposes adopted by the EU authorities and made public in the group as per art. 29 of Directive 95/46/CE on 17 May 2001. This is aimed at defining the minimum requirements to collect online personal data (methods, time and nature of the information that data controllers shall provide when users visit web pages).

Location and Purposes of Data Processing

Data collected via our web services on this website are processed at the company’s registered address, as shown above, and handled by specifically appointed Società Jolly Pack Srl’s employees in charge of such procedure.
Users’ personal data provided by submitting requests for service will be used for the sole purpose of the service or performance requested and will not be disclosed to any third party, unless required by law or when strictly necessary to fulfil such requests.

Browsing Data

Over their routine operation, IT systems and software operating this website will acquire personal data submitted by users automatically, by using online IP addresses. Such information is not collected to be linked to the relevant identified users but nevertheless, due to its very nature, it may allow for user identification via processing and association to details held by third parties.
This type of data includes: IP addresses or domain names of computers used to connect to the website, URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers), time of the request, method of submission to the server, size of file obtained, numerical code showing the server response (successful, failed...) and other users’ OS and IT environment parametres.

How We Process Data

Users’ Rights

Users have the rights as per art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/03, including the right to obtain a confirmation from the Data controller regarding the presence of any Personal Data related to the user and, if any, to access to them. Users may also request the following: to be informed of the origin of such data as well as the reasons and purposes of processing; to cancel such data; to make them anonymous or block them as in breach of applicable laws; to update them; to amend them or, if deemed relevant, to integrate them; to deny the processing of such data based on legal grounds.

Removing Data from Search Engines

Users who registered on Jolly Pack Srl’s website may cancel all subscriptions and as a result, all data on such users shall be automatically removed from our database. As for pages stored on search engines, users are aware and accept that we do not hold any link to nor control over search engines or caches and therefore we decline any responsibility for them. We cannot exclude that even after removing all information from our database, some users’ data may still be on search engines results and in the caches, i.e. the instant copy of a web page saved by the search engines when scanning the website. Users shall accept and hold us harmless from any claim thereof and acknowledge being fully responsible.
